1. The Protective Glazing Council International, referred to hereinafter as “PGC Int.” the undersigned firm, referred to hereinafter as “Exhibitor,” and the PGC International Virtual Exhibit Web Space, referred to hereinafter as “exhibit space” agree as follows:
   
   PGC Int. will provide online space in its 2008 Virtual Trade Show as described in the Exhibitor Information and in accordance with items 2 through 5 below.
    

2. Exhibitor will display the following:
   
   
   Exhibition fee is $250 for PGC Int. members only.  Non-members may join PGC Int. to be eligible to exhibit.  All fees payable upon return of signed contract mailed to the PGC Int. Exhibit Manager.

3. Exhibitors are limited to products and services used by and useful to the protective glazing industry. PGC Int. will make the final determination as to whether the prospective Exhibitor’s products or services meet this requirement.

4. Exhibitor may, if desired, cancel the agreement; however, no refunds will be made.

5. PGC Int. reserves the right to refuse any exhibit or Exhibitor.
